  • Good food for the skin: These are avocadoes, egg whites, chia seeds, cinnamon, oatmeal, tomatoes, carrots, salmon, sweet potatoes, and ginger. These foods help you to reduce aging effects.
  • Juices: Some juices have many health benefits that give a fresh look to your skin. Apple juice is good for the skin. The early saying is that “takes an apple a day, keeps the doctor away”. Apple juice has many nutrients that make your immune system strong. Cranberry juice has antioxidant properties and is good for the skin. Prune juice is rich in vitamin B and makes your metabolism better. Pomegranate juice has vitamin K, which is good for bone-building and heart health. Orange juice is the main source of vitamin C. It helps to build our body tissue and make the immune system good.
