- Milk and yogurt have high calcium and are good for teeth they save us from harmful bacteria.
- Drinking a large amount of water the whole day keeps your teeth clean and healthy and you wash food particles regularly.

- Tea also helps to stop the bacteria that cause the plaque to grow.
